Distrust in Government

By citizen

Distrust in Government is a good thing.

right?

When you have trust in government, things happen quickly and without complex discussion and consideration.

When you have distrust in government, things happen in a more incremental fashion, and all sides are laid out for consideration.

Or so, that is what is appears to say.

I think distrust in government is what keeps them on edge-thus securing our interests in the long run.

    Just a thought :)

Distrust is a good thing! The minute we have more trust, look what happens! BUSH took advantage of that.

I agree completely with CNN on this one, distrust is a good thing in this case, it means that change is taking place. Anytime you change something, there is distrust. The administration is doing their job apparently.
